So sad to hear of Arthur passing. Art used to live two blocks down Innes st from my house,we play hockey and other sports together. RSP Art Kent Preston
So sad to see of your passing Art. There is a missing man in the Red Surge formation today. Had I not joined the Marine Corps, the RCMP would have been my choice also. I had an uncle and two cousins who spent 80 years total "Maintaining the Right". You have my deepest respect and admiration for your service in one tough outfit. The world is a lesser place without your presence. My deepest condolences to your family and sister Gloria. Fair winds and following seas Art!! We will miss you.
Arther Birch----WOW---Super nice guy and well liked around the town of Nelson. He came from a very nice family sister brother nice people. I grew up with Art he lived on the upper side of Central school and I lived on the lower side. We played a ton of softball at Central. Great ball player and a very fun dedicated guy to play with. I had a few chats with him at the reunions. It was so good to see him. He looked great for a very big guy. I know for sure he will be badly missed. It was Great To See You Art.
