When I was growing up we lived across the alley from John. He was a kind person and was really enjoying his life travelling with his wife and enjoying retirement. It is sad he died so young and I miss seeing his face around Nelson.
Like Moria we lived close by in fair view.. John and I were real good friend from kindergarten until we discovered GIrls. We worked together cleaning the press room at the daily news as kids,skied and played by the hour..
It' s difficult to to believe he has gone like soooo many others on the memorial page...Rip John
